3 Ways to Make Fat Loss Easier

You don't get extra points for suffering through your diet. In fact, you're probably just setting yourself up for failure.

You’re prob not a bodybuilder. If you are ignore this because to get into stage shape is gonna suck. But for the rest of us, why are we trying to turn our attempts to get healthier into the same process as .00001% of the population who turn themselves inside out for a competition?

Suffering is not a necessity when chasing greater health through weight loss. I’m fact, removing that idea from your head will likely help you to embark on the steps and goals you have been so afraid of.

My clients are busy. My clients have high stress, high profile careers. They have kids with sports and also try to juggle social commitments and maintaining relationships. They workout and get their walks in. And they TRY to make meals a priority. But that often falls by the wayside.

So we make things easier. We don’t add complexity to the day. For someone slammed to the gills, spending even 20 minutes putting shit into an app or 5 minutes weighing everything out or putting food in Tupperware is overwhelming. So we focus on things like scheduled meal times, a focus on basics, and outsourcing if need be.

Last is the one that I’ve more recently come around to. I used to be against this idea but the more clients I’ve worked with, the more I’ve seen success in outsourcing a meal or two per day during the week. Having tasty, healthy meals already prepared is a key to success. Who cares if you cooked it or if a meal prep service did? Rich people get ripped with private chefs. It works. Plus, it’s a hell of a lot cheaper than Door Dash.

Make life easier. There’s no prize for the most suffering.
