Say what you mean, mean what you say

We always want to act with intent. Acting with intent ensures that we are doing what matters and we aren’t engaging in activity that is mindless and can lead us astray from our goals. So if we agree that acting with intent is paramount for growth why would we not speak with the same intent?

When you speak up and speak out, are you using you words judiciously? Are you being transparent in your message or are you speaking to create noise and obfuscate the ideas of others? Are you speaking in a strong language that progresses an idea or in a dialect of weakness defined by a passive-aggressive tone?

Talk is cheap, but words can be priceless. It’s up to you to decide which you engage in. Speak with intent, with courage and with confidence. Let your words define you and show the world what you value. Now it’s more important than ever.
